Gift box destroyed by poor packing

Cheap and insufficient packaging destroyed the gift box my Rob came in - how can I give this as a gift now?? When I talked to TCE about this with photo evidence, they refunded me the postage cost!!!! What about arranging an exchange? They’ve wasted my money and time. Not only would I NOT recommend, I’m telling my large community of Potter fans to shop ANYWHERE else.

Sorry to hear that you felt it necessary to write this review. We did email you on the 4th March (the same day we refunded your delivery cost) to ask if you would like to return this item for either a full refund or an exchange and we did not hear from you.
We are also sorry to hear that you believe the standard postal boxes we use is insufficient. We have always used these boxes for our items and they are normally a higher quality than a lot of other online stores. The issue here seems to have been the mishandling of your order by Royal Mail, something we have reported to them.
